You Get To Customize Your Plans
At Better House Plans we are not in the business of customizing other designer’s house plans. Once your plan is sold via our site, you will receive a notification e-mail and will be encouraged to follow up with the customer to offer your customization services. We cannot promise that all your customers will want this service, but we can promise that we will never steal customization work from you. Also, if a customer chooses one of your predetermined customization options (changing a foundation type, using an alternate wall section, etc.) then you again will get to perform these alterations and you have the right to sell all additional customizations beyond this initial work.

Our parent company, FreeGreen, is made up of people who are interested in changing how people view housing, and we will be extremely selective in terms of the number of designers allowed to work with us. Other house plans sites take on anything they can get, but here we’ll work with only the best.

- The number of plans that you would like to publish with us
- Your contact information
You will be contacted within 2 business days about the status of your application.
