A large percentage of our designs are created by our parent company, FreeGreen. Because of that, we can offer lower prices since it’s a direct sale. Also, since architects receive higher revenue from us, they will be able to offer lower prices for their plans.
Better Design
We are very selective. And we have excellent skills in green design and building science, and that’s what we look for in the architects and designers that we work with. The plans we offer on Better House Plans have been handpicked by a small group of the best designers we know.
Better Plan Formats
We only offer plans in PDF format and CAD format. This allows you to choose between these two electronic formats, and saves you money in printing and shipping. Not to mention the environmental benefits of electronic files! The CAD files are editable, and you have the ability to change them if you want.
